Thread: Bug Reports (FP 1.09 Take 2)

Don't know if this is a bug but here you go. I've a problem with the XM skin. In the screenshot you can see that if I press button 5 the selection is too big, parts of button 4 and 6 are also highlighted. I double-checked my ini file. That doesn't mean I'm sure thats a bug. But in the standart skin is the "rotating" xm-logo at this position. Is this a predefined area ? At least I think this is the cause of the problem.

Ok.. Been testing for awhile and here are some "bugs" I have found
-When returning from Hibernation the "Hide Cursor Globally" does not work. I see my mouse cursor. I have to go uncheck that box, exit, and then check it again in order for my mouse cursor to be hidden.

-When returning from Hibernation, when in full screen vis mode, I have to press the next (or previous) song to start playing. It will just sit there all day unless I go to the next song.

Just by looking at it, that is a skinning problem. Maybe sure your width percent for button 5 is correct. I'll take a look at the .ini later tonight after I get dinner and some work done.

Files with asian letters are always cut off a few letters from the back in window 1 and 2. Although window 3 always displays tag names correctly. English names are displayed correctly in all three windows. Please help me out here. If not, I'm going with resource hog Itunes.

It is a bug, I forgot to add the position settings for the xmsaveinfobutton.
So it's still sitting exactly where I placed it at design time. Will fix soon.

Hi in the Mini Mode when i press the play button it changes to PAUSE button .. FINE and also calls out pause. on repressing the same button again to goes to the play icon... BUT STILL CALLS OUT PAUSE..... ( LOL )

The directory2 mode still doesnt show the listing of the files inside the directory when I
select it. You have to double click it and enter the directory for the files to show up
and be able to play them. All that is left shown above is the "." and ".." for going up a directory.

Also, the back button is hit-or-miss... mostly it doesn't work tho...

And is there a way to turn off the "tool tips" in this version?

I figured out why it wasn't showing the files inside the directory2...
I turned recursion off because I have many discography's and I don't
want FP to jumble all the albums together. Well that's it. If I turn
recursion back on, then I can see the files in every directory like normal,
but my nested directories are all one big selection of songs.

So now that I figured out when it does it... can you figure out why and fix it??? THANKS!!!

First of all, great job! I especially like the vis off feature.

Now take a look at this picture. What I circled I think is the slider. The slider is always at the rightmost. If I click anywhere on the slider, it goes back to the rghtmost and the song restarts.

Nevermind, fixed it by downloading all the files listed in the FP FAQ thread. Except for the last two files.

Fixed the slider bug, but now I cant alt-tab out of FP =(

It is a bug, I forgot to add the position settings for the xmsaveinfobutton.

Frodo, you may want to take a look at the MINI button in XM also. It's a minor nit, but only the right half of the button is active. The left half is dead.
