I think what he's talking about is some 4 channel sound cards only play out of the front channels when playing stereo audio and he would like it to play out of all four channels when playing stereo audio but still act as surround sound audio while playing games. Is that it?

if you are using epia M serial main board, just use its 5.1 output to your 4 chennal amp

Windows Media Player already offers SRS WOW features. Right click the title bar, choose view, then enhancements and there is a list of different things there. Try playing with the SRS WOW things, that might do it for ya. Then, since FrodoPlayer uses WMP, it might work out.
