I haven't coded it in yet.
i have a bunch of movies ripped to my hard drive. Can frodoplayer (frododvd) play these files. I have tried to figure it out, but i havnt found a way.
I couldnt find a open hard drive button in frododvd and when trying to find the dvds in the video section, it doesnt recognize them.
I haven't coded it in yet.

pc in the worx gotta do some more research
There are command line tools for DaemonTools to mount Images. Wouldn't be hard to write seperate scripts for each film on your harddrive. So you won't have to create multiple virtual drives and always go to the settings menu to swap them.
Why not rim them to another file type... avi, divX, etx?
Takes much longer. I rip a DVD with all menus to an image in about 25 minutes. Encoding an AVI takes a few hours.
DVD Shrink can "Re-author" a DVD, so you can copy only the main movie in a fiew minutes, and if you have DVD Decrypter installed too, with DVD Shrink you can rip it to a iso file, so the only thing you have to do is embed this string somewere...Originally Posted by Konrad
C:\Program Files\D-Tools\daemon.exe -mount 0,"DVD-NAME.ISO"
and FP will notify that a new DVD were detected and play it!!!
And all these softwares are free!
