I like simple screen because while your driving you don't want complications...

Any way... started this now, the back end may borrow from other skins due to time etc how ever attached is a demo of the main menu.

NB the orange blobs reprasent where extra buttons could go ie Day/Night Gamma function when its available.

Give me chance.... The graphics are all done for the most part so I need to a) learn how to skin in Frodo ( ini files and all that ) and b) put it together.

I like this skin for the most part and every time I change apps its a pain I have to reskin... especially seeing as I just don't have the time.

So when is it going to be done... depends on how I get on but if you have some spare time you more than welcome to lend a hand. Any ones graphics or time will be fully credited as normal - it would be wrong to do otherwise.

very, very cool, is the media screen (backgroung.jpeg) going to look similar to mediacar frontend too?

Awesome! So far the only thing holding me back from FP is the fact that i am yet to see a skin that isnt completely cluttered with useless information/buttons etc. I'd find myself looking for a couple of seconds at the screen just to figure out which song is playing!

I hope you keep this simple scheme in the player part too! Nice and big letters for current track/time, and i'm not too fussed about the list... For me MediaEngine has a perfect layout for the player... But FP has all the features

Then you can have only what you need.
