Thread: Lose sound when I come out of Hibernation / no song status bar either

    That is my same problem. I have to go into my master windows control and turn up my master wav and line in.

    I am glad I am not the only one.

    yup it lowers my main and wave volume down to zero

    Same problem and I have now updated my drivers and still have the problem.

    Yeah, I think I fixed it for take 4, and had a brain fart and
    thought the fix was in take 3.

    I just wanted to add something to this thread.
    I had simmilar problems as described in here.
    When I came out of hibernation my Volume was set to 0 and my music was paused.
    I found the error was that I'm using a shutdown software written by myself which Hibernates my Car-PC. It uses the WinAPI to do this. The fault was that there is a option to "force" the hibernation, which i used.
    It seems as if this option stops the WMP and causes the WMP to set the Volume to 0.
    I changed this value in my software an now everything works fine :-)
