Noone? Can it be done? Frodo?
For example,
MP3
Artist1
Artist2
Artist3
Artist4
Now there are shortcut keys to navigate up and down on 'Directory' but I cannot for the life of me find one that will Expand a Artist same as a mouse double click will do.
Example...
MP3
Artist2
Album1
Album2
Is there a shortcut key that will open it without a mouse? I have a 16 key Keypad and no mouse and hoping to have everything bound to the keypad that I use. This is the last thing I need![]()

for "Directory 2" mode, you can use "Dirlist Left" and "Dirlist Right"

My next generation Front End is right on schedule.
It will be done sometime in the next generation.

tried that but I can't bind a key to open Directory 2 modeOriginally Posted by frodobaggins

There is "Dirlist Select" as well.

There is one for Directory (hence me wanting the key so it will expanded the highlighted item).
Hmm, Just tried dirleft and right from Directory 2, it still does not expand the highlighted area, I've got a SS to show what I mean, first is Dir2 with the Artist dir selected, second is the albums under that artist, what I am after is a 'expand_dir' bind to get to that state from a key.

Check your key shortcuts for modifier keys.
It works here.
Click the textbox itself in the settings to show modifiers.

I unticked all modifiers, can you show me the code from the .ini ? I'm using Take3Originally Posted by frodobaggins
Hmm KEY_RIGHT works not KEY_DIRLIST_RIGHT as you suggested earlierOriginally Posted by frodobaggins
But what I need now is a bind to get straight to Dir2 mode, possible?
