Transferring playlist from desktop to car

Would there be any problem with transfering a playlist i made on my desktop to my car? Assuming my mp3 collection on both are exactly the same.

I update my playlist in the house and then transfer the playlist file to the car. Just make sure you have all the same songs on both systems, and that they are located in the same directory structure.
