    Finish RAMdisk and CF card running... total 320M

    320M on boot CF card including: win2000pro;frodoplayer;all plugins

    in order to get ride of the frequency read write of CF card, most of the exe were changed to a 40M ram disk which was created each time windows start

    This is the best way for carPC system.

    of cause, all the medias still on hard disk.

    TVplugin are upgraded for better ram running, will not release until frodo take4.
