I can't get frodoplayer to play .mp4 files, Please Help

I have downloaded all of the filters from 'frodoplayer.com' and I can't get frodoplayer to play any of my .mp4 files, I think I might be doing something wrong.
    Thanks in advance

Did you add .mp4 to the file extensions in FrodoPlayer ? You find the list in the settings.

Thanks for the advice but it didn't help.
I added MP4 to the 'File Types,' 'database.' Still not registering the music files. All of the 'MP4's were encoded using ITunes, I don't know if this changes anything.

    Frodo won't play .mp4

I'm having this problem. I'm trying to play protected files downloaded off iTunes. I added .mp4 and .m4a file extentions to FP. FP see's them...but can't read them.

I installed K-lite codec. No luck.

Windows media player can't play them.

What can I do. Please help.

Did you install quicktime alternative ?
I don't have any protected files from Itunes, no way for me to test it.

AFAIK you can't play those files in anything besides iTunes because of all the DRM stuff built into them. And the ones you d/l have the extension of *.m4p
