I found out that if you have MM maximize instead of full screen in the "size and position" settings the script file work like a charm.....![]()
Would someone be willing to summarize this then. I would like the same thing I think - to have MM launched invisibly when FP is launched and be ready and running when I hit the GPS button.

Ok so this is the way you use the script for MM:
Open notepad put this lines in it:
Save it with ext .vbs i.e (MM script.vbs)Dim WSH
Set WSH = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WSH.Run """C:\DestinatorApps\Map Monkey\MapMonkeyLauncher.exe""", 7
open FP go to settings2/launch and look for the script file, Close FP.
Open MM settings and go to "size and pos" and in "windows state" put maximized, close MM.
Next time that you open FP MM is going to be ready in the background.![]()
Now that's totally understandable - thanks fellas. Windows software doesn't come naturally to me, so I need it spelled out. However if anyone needs some hardware designing then I'm your man. I'm currently thinking about building a universal I/O module with a USB interface. It will have a number of switch inputs, a LDR input for ambient light sensing, some other analogue inputs, a number of open collector outputs (power transistors) and a couple of relays. The plan would be to manufacture a batch of these and then sell them on at cost plus a bit to anyone who would be interested. If there are any software specific requirements then let me know. What would be the best way to interface your apps to the hardware etc?
Thanks again.
