Someone said that since frodoplayer uses mediaplayer if you change the EQ settings in WMP then it should affect the songs when being played in frodoplayer... i tried but it doesnt work.

Am i wasting my time trying to get it working like this? or should it work?

If not how can i get an EQ working with frodoplayer? is there some program i can just run in the background that will automatically EQ everything being played?

Make the changes in winamp, close it, then restart frodoplayer. it will work

Frodo uses Windows Media Player

I dont even have winamp installed on the carputer, besides, as 0l33l said... frodoplayer uses windows media player.

So how do you use an EQ with frodoplayer? doesnt anyone know?

WMP is what I meant, Doh, sorry. I guess Im back to newb now, haha

Like I said, it will work. My system sounded totally flat when I first installed the computer, after a little tweaking of the WMP EQ and SRS WOW it sounded great. Gotta restart frodo for changes to take effect, so just play songs % tune in WMP...

ohhh gotta restart frodo... should of know that one, gotta restart frodo for every change to take place, next thing you know you gotta restart to play next song lol just jk frodo i lvoe your app

I restart frodo and still nothing. (When you say "restart" I am assuming you mean close frodoplayer and re-load it.)

But u have changes in WMP? Me too have no changes in FP when changing WMP levels, but it's ok, because WMP too won't change

I think i have some other problem... not a problem with FP...

What kind of Motherboard do you have? If you have a VIA you can use its driver.
