    Well, you're missing a file, unfortunately I don't know which one.
    Go to the FP root directory, and a command prompt and type this.

    dir *.* /S /B >filelist.txt

    And post filelist.txt here

    Make sure FP is closed, go delete the medialib.ldb file
    and restart.

    Note I said LDB file not MDB !

    I deleted that file restarted and opened Frodo and I still get the same windows error. I can see the player about to start then the error comes up and it forces the program to close.
    By the way I am on Windows XP Pro if that matters. All my other programs seem to be working fine...

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

    Yep a couple times...I even tried making sure I had the most recent install file from your site.
