THis is a database error..... it happened to me when I forgot to turn on the ext HD in my testing machine.
Go to setting 1 and rebuild you database, and see what happen then.
The other day when I got into my car and my PC started up, when Frodo attemted to start I got the I get the Error: MultiMedia Player for In-Car Use has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I didn't change anything, I hadn't had any problems shutting down or starting up, I just got in the car and this started.
I took a look at the log file and this is what it says:
"08/20/2005 - 2:00 PM - 52 - Bad file name or number - frmDB-Form_Load - 0 - FrodoPlayer"
Dows anyone know what could have went wrong or how to fix it?
Thanks a lot for the help!!!
I can't even get to the settings, Frodo won't even load it just starts to open then gives me the error. I tried unistalling and reinstalling. I tried redownloading and reinstalling too......
I have the Medialib file in the folder and don't have a custom skin. It is a completly fresh install from the download on frodo's site.
Is there a way to manually register all the dll's?
think that I was wrong from the begining. I just check my other PC and the log is no the same.
To manually reg the .DLLs you go to run type cmd then when in the command prompt type C:\Program Files\FrodoPlayer then you just type regsvr32 and the name of the .dll.
Sorry if I make you waste you time with wrong inst.
Well I think I have tried everything short of reinstalling windows (which I REALLY don't want to do). Any other suggestions.....?
post up the log
