I don't know about making the cam display the background. It might be possible, but I don't know.

Any and all input would be nice. Don't give me the crap either! I did and didn't find anything clear and the search function on this site isn't all that good, you end up with a lot of garbage and who has 3 days to read it all. LOL

Tough ****. The reason it takes days to slog through anything is a result of two things:
1) The searcher not narrowing their search down enough to get the information they want.
2) n00bs NOT searching for answers and posting questions which show up in everyone's search results.

You know that that is a traffic violation, right?

actually, in many states having a rear view mirror is not a traffic violation. hence why many uhaul trucks do not have them.

Ahhhh, I'm not to worried about getting in trouble. Think about trucks, they don't have a rear view mirror, only the side mirrors. You're fine as long as you have your side mirrors. Plus, I won't get much static from it anyway, a quick flash of my badge and it's "have a nice day" and I'm off again.
