Cannot resume paused song after hibernation

When I have a song paused, go into hibernation and come back, I can see the song is paused and what time it was at however when I hit the pause button it doesn't play back. If I hit the play button it starts from the beginning again and I have to scan through the song to get back to where I was. Is this a known issue?
