How to control sound through Frodoplayer?

I just installed a sirius s50 unit into my vehicle. I am running no hu. I ran the s50 into the line in on my Audigy USb external sound card. I adjusted line in to 100% up and sound is there no problem. When in frodoplayer you can here both sounds. Any suggestions on how to manage this? I would like line in input to be set to 0 and then withing frodoplayer if you push a botton for sirius it will cut and go to line in at 100%. Any advice or help with this would be much appreciated.
