Well I used one for about a year. But each time you get in your car you have to place the tablet in its (custom made) mount, connect it to the power and stick the usb cables in.
So its easier when you have a regular install.
Now when I start the car, my screens comes up from my dash and my laptop automaticly starts.
I might go for the tablet again if I was able to use its regular mount so I didnt have to put in all the cables all the time.

getting the right tablet is important, the indoor screens will be pretty bad. overall these are a deal, considering all that they include, outdoor screen & all, I am using a touchscreen over the screen with the digitizer, they work well togeather, but when you click with the digitizer pen it registers as a double click, cause one click from the digitizer & one from the touchscreen, so I'm putting a sensor in the sleeve that holds my digitizer pen, when I slide the pen out of the sleeve it'll unpower the touchscreen, then, when the pen is returned to it's sleeve the touchscreen repowers... it works great with this dual mode.
