sorry if i seem impatient, and i know you are busy, but do you have a timescale for the fixes you are currently working on?
I realise your current priority is compatability with vista, will this fix the use of the brain through a USB hub?
how long do you think it will be before you can look at the controlling of winamp (other than volume) by the brain.
again apologies for being impatient, but i am going on a tour of europe in 10 days, and i am just wondering whther it is worth hanging on for the changes before i do my final install into my campervan or whether i should do the install this weekend.

Well Vista is being more of a problem than I had hoped for. I think I am really close, but I have thought so before.
And the thing is I cant debug until I get it working on Vista. Because no other computer in the house or my school has all my source files and evironment variables setup the way I want them to program, I can't just jump on XP and debug. I have even hired a programmer to expedite the process and found out last night he gave up. So I am looking for someone else.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, but since software is easily moved around and installed, just do your install, and then as soon as the new release comes out, you just have to update the software.
And the new USB method, I have been successful detecting the Brain on any USB root no matter how many hubs (max tried was 3) are connected. The program takes exponentially longer to find/configure the device the more hubs it has to look through, but not noticeable in the real world.

Ok, the Vista and XP interface will be done in the next week or 2.
As for the other fixes:
Accelerometer: I may have accidentally shipped them back to mainland china on a boat instead of by air, so it is taking a while longer than I thought it would.
Everything else is fixed.
