how does one turn on the menu box?

I'm still using the old fusion software because I haven't figured out how to turn on the menu panel (box with the title/ minimize/maximize/close buttons) on the latest version. Is it an option? I'm using Road Runner and I need the title of the software program in order to integrate it on a skin.

In the menu there is a line "#SHOWMENUBAR#". set that to "#SHOWMENUBAR#true" and it will appear!

Thanks for the reply, it didn't work initially but I figured it out.

Edit FusionFormDynamic.skin and inside the menu section add the following:
#SHOWMENUBAR#true

Doh! Yeah it is supposed to be true obviously. I'll edit the above so no one else mistakes it.
