If I setup logging does it accept path or just dump the log file in the root?

The "Log File Name" in the configurator is the path. If it is just a name, then it is in the root. If it is "/blah/X" then it will be saved in root/blah/X.xml

If the path is "C:/blah/y" then it will save it in C:/blah/y.xml

To revive this thread. Got the brain in the car today. Tried to get it all working..

First of all I'm back to the software crashing like crazy on my Laptop. Can't get it to run. Yes im using the latest version etc. Did everything I did on my desktop.

So i try the carpc. Made sure all the prereques where on. NET 2.0 etc. Won't even run. No error. No crash. Just doesn't run.

    Software aside though..

When i push any of the steering wheel buttons should the green lights on the Brain not light up? Cause im getting nothing.

The green lights are indicative of the output states, not the inputs... so no, they will never light.

I just ripped it all out and tested reistance.. Everything is spot on.. Seeing 5V on the line. Voltage is varying with button presses.. Everything is correct..

So looks like its just this POS software. Sorry guys but wow this software is flaky.. I've got 3 diffferent laptops with me and it crashes on all.

EDIT: How do i get debug mode so i know why this thing is crashing? adding -debug to the path does nothing.
