Triggering multiple outputs with 1 image

Can you program the FB to trigger ON multiple outputs when you click one image?

What would the code look like for output? Here's the code for one image.

    #STARTNEW#
    #NAME#FRONT UP
    #TYPE#RELAY
    #VIDPID#MyBrain
    #DEFAULTSTATE#false
    #DEFAULTENABLESTATE#true
    #IMAGEON#\DIRavsbox\Images\up2.png
    #IMAGEOFF#\DIRavsbox\Images\up1.png
    #SIZE#70,45
    #LOCATION#364,194
    #AUDIOFROMOFFTOON#
    #AUDIOFROMONTOOFF#
    #SHOWTEXT#false
    #PAGE#0
    #TIMER#0
    #PORT#99
    #TXTCOLOURON#Black
    #TXTCOLOUROFF#Black
    #BORDERSIZE#0
    #FONT#Arial;12;Regular
    #ENDNEW#

I'm trying to simulate the switchbox, the top middle switch controls the 2 fronts, middle left switch controls left side, etc.

In version 2 you use the LINK command.

However, I suggest you use MDX where you would have the button change a variable, and then the logic is where you can trigger as many outputs as you want or do whatever else you want.

    2k1,

How would that LINK line be if I want to trigger port 1 and port 2?

I can't really use the skin designer because you can't go back in there and change stuff once you save the skin. Or can u? I need to manually change the code in notepad.

If you are using version 2, then you need to create a new digital output, and the order the output is in the skin file is what you put in the link.

So if the first output is the one above, then the 2nd output is what you want to link then the LINK field of the first is "#LINK#1

And yes the configurator opens things for MDX. And you can always use a text editor instead or now Dreamweaver or anything.

You are welcome to use either, but once I finish MDX's config program, version 2 will be taken down from the site, and support will stop for version 2. I have been telling people to use MDX since November, and it will be final within the month I hope.

So you're saying to create variables, then create a logic?

yes. Make a variable for the button you want.

Make the button, and in its vote section (bottom left of the config) have it change the variable you made by something like +1.

Then when you click the button it will go 0,1,2,3,4,...

Now in the logic section put if variable is 1 then do this and do this and do this and do this where this is anything including turning on outputs. Then the next logic section should be if variable is greater than or equal to 1, set variable to 0.

    Make sense?

It is pretty easy in the configurator.

I'm sure its easy once you know what you're doing, but for someone that hasn't.. could be hard. I've played around with the logic page, adding and gates and things... how do u join them together (wire)
