The new layout looks nice. The feature requests I have are more firmware related. Here are my ideas:

If the board is disconnected from the computer (doesn't receive an update after some time), can all digital outputs revert to their default state of off.

If the PIC crashes (due to bad power), can a watchdog be put in place to reboot the PIC?

Is there any possibility of doing a PWM output on some or all of the digital outputs?

I have a hardware request. Is there a way we can get 12volts out on the outputs? If you are still using ULN2003's it would be easy. You could even put a jumper in and select 5 or 12 volts.

    ULN2003's eh?
It seems that the setup you guys use is very similar to mine!
    I created a board that uses a PIC18F4455 and 2x ULN2003 for the outputs.
Then there's a few analog and digital inputs that have no circuitry between them.

Good stuff, I know I did something right now

the outputs have always used 12 volts, and will continue to do so....

Oh Ok. For some reason I was thinking that they were 5 volt. I guess I should have measured them. Sorry about that.

just a suggestion, i see you have a label on the board now for the analogue inputs,
is there a pin one ID somewhere? and is pin 1 the +5v or the input +

    something more like this perhaps?

the sensors supplied with the FB have the red (+5v) as pin 1, and putting them in backwards (towards what is labelled on the current FB pin 1) makes them go a bit hot

Notice the +, -, AN... That is what they are there for. You actually put your text over it.

And it is also in the hardware manual which is which for the current version. Red on the sensors is and has always been +. Connecting backwards not only makes the sensor hot, but can destroy your sensor.

i know i put my text over it...

was suggesting more descriptive labels thats all

that would wire it backwards on the above yes?

    make it more dummy proof...
