OK so according to one of the media monkey programmers he says that the
Filename: "mediamonkey.exe" (for skinned), "mediamonkey (non-skinned).exe" (for Non Skinned Version)
Main Class: TApplication
I tried these and several other possible combinations but I still get nothing. Any other Ideas? Here is the code used

Try ":TApplication"
I will see if I can make something temporary for you... Will this program always be "ontop"?
Fusion Brain Version 6 Released!
1.9in x 2.9in -- 47mm x 73mm
30 Digital Outputs -- Directly drive a relay
15 Analogue Inputs -- Read sensors like temperature, light, distance, acceleration, and more
Buy now in the MP3Car.com Store

Download that and unrar the exe. Replace the current exe in the installation folder. Change your voting commands from "send key" to "send key to foreground"
This will just blindly press a key. The key field (vote opinion) should be a single letter, try capitol letters first. So if the FCC window is in the foreground it will send it to FCC. If your other program is in the foreground and focused, then that is where it will go. If this doesnt do it, then the error isnt with FCC.
Also you will need the .NET 3.5 Framework from now on

I tried TApllication but that didn't work. I'll give your stuff a try and see what happens. Do I just leave the taget blank then so it should look like this right
<do function="Send Key To Foreground" functionTargetID="" vote_opinion="C" vote_priority="High" />

No you do need something in the targetID, but it wont be used. just put in "filler" or something.

Looks like like it's working. This is actually how I wanted it to work because now I can use the SWC to navigate through the desktop and stuff like that. Is there a reason that you left out certain keys in the program such as "enter"?

yes it works thank god. Now if I want to have it set up to control RR would I just send the keys to winamp or does it have to go to RR.
[||||||----] - 60% Complete
You can do either. It is best to send to winamp, and winamp support is built in. Just put the targetID as "winamp" and the program will do the rest.
If you want to send it to RoadRunner, put in its title. I am not 100% sure with RR itself but I think the title is just "RoadRunner"... Maybe it has a space, I have not checked as I send to winamp directly.

well I tried sending it to winamp and it works when just winamp is running but if I have RR running then I get no response.
