Fusion Brain Version 4 ready for Beta Testers!

We've finished Version 4 of the Fusion Brain!

Improvements over old brain:

16 Digital Outputs
13 Analog Inputs
Selectable Power Source (USB or 12vDC Jack)
30% smaller form factor (70mm X 45mm)
Better power filtering and protection
Ability to update firmware via USB
Ability to update firmware via ICSP header in event of bootloader corruption
Improved signal routing for analog inputs

Additionally, it's worth noting that both Version 3 (which you all have) and Version 4 are both compatible with the MDX software, and MDX can handle versions 3 and 4 on the same system.

Most don't have their version 3's working... The FB has had a great price but the software is overly complicated for carputers...

For a long time, yes.

Have you tried using MDX's wizard?

I think it's pretty easy.

We always offer support via email or the forums, you just have to ask.

Also if you buy another brand of usb board, you dont get software at all. I have not seen any of them come with software above a basic framework. We could provide a DLL and be done with it, but we go above that.

It takes about 30 seconds from opening the configurator blank and using a fully working skin in MDX. Just click the wizard, enter the number of Fusion Brains, the number of Digital Outputs, the number of Analogue Inputs, select a theme (comes standard with 1), click finish. Save, and open MDX and done.

Of course the software is very powerful as well, and if you want to do anything custom, it can be done with some thought and more-than-basic use of the configurator.
