Well there is only one way they will work...correct? If you hook it up wrong you get a much higher data value then you should if they were correct.

I'm still trying to figure what's going on with the digital outputs. Like I said, when I use the default config file, and hit any of the d/o buttons the correlating light on the brain comes on and stays on. When I set one up in ninja kitty for a d/o toggle, when the button is pressed the lights flash rapidly, and if a relay is hooked up it opens and closes rapidly.

Are you checking the box that makes the output momentary? That would cause that behaviour. And momentary is NOT toggle.

When you click, it should stay on as long as the mouse button is down. As soon as you release it, it will turn off if it is momentary. Toggle is the default state, which means dont check the momentary button.

if you could post the xml of one (1) of your display buttons controlling a digital output, I can try to see what is up.

I'll have to post an XML because I understand the program...I understand toggle and momentary and no I did not check the box. I simply want toggle and it won't do it. When I click the button it stays down in the mdx and that rapid succession of lights continues until I click it again, I do not have to hold it down for this to happen.

Here is an XML I quickly made with Ninja Kitty. It is set for one d/p toggle mode on port 11.

It is txt format due to XML not valid on here.

I just spent about 5hours messing around. Finally getting the hang of the configurator. I seemed to have solved my issues at this point! The temp sensors are working fine now. For the D/O problem before, the only thing I can come up with is the Fusion Brain ID #. I would click to identify "Blue Button to the right" it and when I selected #0 it would just say "0" in the text box. If I left it alone the box would say "Fusion Brain ID 0".

That seemed to solve whatever was happening and when I depress a button the D/O stays in the state I put in it.
Here is a little pic of what I came up with so far...

Hoping to get an actual picture of my Xterra as the back ground, and when you push the lights on the car, they come on, and the secondary image will show illumination. This software was difficult FOR ME to get use to but once you do it seems the possibilities are endless.. Thanks for the help!

I reallt hate to start a new thread for quick question so here it is..

Can I have MDX close to the system tray rather than close all together?

    EDIT: Got it now...
