As far as the sensors go, ask yourself how much pressure is going to be on the system and choose the smallest necessary. I've found that the accuracy of the sensors gets worse the higher the pressure you're trying to read. Also, the incremental accuracy is worse for the 400 than the 150 sensors - compare the specs closely. Its unfortunate, that Dakota Digital refuses to release their testing/calibration data for their sensors so we could create fusion brain formulas to most accurately read them, but I tried to get some of that info on the 400psi sensors and all I was able to get were Psi/RTypical/Rmin/Rmax of 3 points. Extrapolating that data, the Rmin/Rmax above 116psi exceeded the accuracy of the sensor. For example on this graph, with a resistance at position 9 the Psi could be anywhere from 120-170psi.
