Fusion Brain and Auto HVAC. h3rk where are you?

Alright, so here's what I have gotten so far. I have a 2000 Silverado, manual A/C controls. I am trying to use the brain to control this automatically. Much like h3rk is doing with his vehicle. First I will start off by showing you what I have in place.

This is just a schematic of the HVAC in my truck. (thanks h3rk!)

So I have made some measurements and if I am not mistaken I need to use the outputs from the brain for the signal wires on the HVAC. This will move the servo as I apply 0V, 2.5V, or 5V. Now I know I will need a voltage divider to do the 2.5V, but I can build that. As far as the “postion” of the knobs on HVAC that is the feedback which I have to use on the input side of the brain because they are variable. Is all this correct?

Also, I am getting the following measurements from voltage:

Dark Blue (Temp Signal) Coldest-5.0V Hottest-0V Switches to 2.5 somewhere in the middle.

Light Blue (Temp Feedback) Coldest- 4.0V and varies to 1.6V depending on position.

White (Mode Signal) As I turn knob left it adds 5V to move servo, as I move knob right it sets to 0V to move the servo the other direction. Always rests at 2.5V.

Red (Mode Feedback) First mode is .25V and it varies all the way to 3.6V, with defrost being at 0V.

A/C Request and Recirc Request are both just 8.6V to 0V whether on or off.

So, with this information would someone mind helping me figure out how to integrate this into the Fusion Brain?

I know I need a PWM for the fan control, but it is just a matter of connecting dark grn to a few of the other colors.

    Thanks!

Try sending H3rk a pm. Also, search some relevant threads, such as this one:

Stone, thanks that's a good start, but doesn't really get me anymore input on how to wire the PWM or the Brain into the current system.
