A sealed enclosure could lead to substantial heat buildup and that wouldn't be good for the FB, would it?
How about instead of an enclosure, design a mounting bracket with standoffs that can be attached to anything? That bracket could be used in an enclosure if the user so desired or it could be attached to something underneath the dash, in the trunk or wherever.
maybe instead of creating a enclosure from scratch, sell some premade enclosures and market what they can fit(ie. a fb and 4 auto relays...)-- it might not be a perfect solution, but might be more cost effective than trying to come up with a very small production custom option.
Well I figure this is something that normal hobbiest could do by themelves. I figure those that want a case built, probably want it customized to perfectly fit the FB.Quote:

Someone like mx270a might be able to get away with a sealed enclosure sinnce he uses the tractor in cool weather, but in the summer it would probably cook the brain.

Let the user decide how to mount it--screws, double-stick tape, whatever. That way the only holes that would need to be punched would be for ther FB mount points.
You wouldn't even have to use screws to mount the FB...you could use plastic, friction-fit push-ins.
maybe a plate to hold relays?
