I placed an order for a Fusion Brain on Jan. 2, and a notice with the order status saying "En Route" on January 7. It's beyond the 6-10 days that USPS International shipping usually takes, I still haven't received by fusion brain and the tracking number I was sent shows nothing. I sent an email 3 days ago trying to find out any other information I can, and have not received any response at all. I know you guys are online here regularly so I'm hoping to get a response here.

Since it's hard to tell my tone online... I'm not upset, just looking for any information from the other end that can help me to figure out where my brain is. I'm excited to get it an expected it to be here by now. Anybody else had to wait for 3 weeks for their brain to arrive?

International orders have taken 3-4 weeks. Your Jan 7 date was probably when it was packaged up. I've had them take another week to actually stick it in the mail. Be patient. Usually between quality, cost, and speed you can only pick two. They quit selling these things we'll really have a problem.

Sounds good I'll wait it out a little longer. I'm already anticipating that I'll be ordering at least one more of these things, next time I'll know what to expect.

I rarely have to wait very long with orders that have to cross the border into Canada, and when I do I can usually track it to the border and wait while it goes through. USPS tracking gives me nothing on this one, so after 3 weeks I was just starting to wonder.

We try to get them in the mail as soon as possible after we prepare them. The lack of tracking is because we are using USPS's Small Flat Rate Box. In their infinite wisdom, USPS decided that no tracking should be supplied to these boxes. The other ones (medium/large) do have tracking but are double and triple the price.

I would give it another little bit, see if it shows up. Sorry there really isnt much I can do on this end until it either shows up at your door, my door being returned, or so much time has passed it was obviously eaten by the customs people.

hey no worries if it's been shipped it's out of your hands... we'll just have to wait out the mail system. Too bad they don't offer tracking other than it's somewhere in the system. Oh well.

It arrived today! Been playing around all night... Time triggered events are going to be something I need to do so that's the first thing I gotta figure out.
