I haven't noticed our site having issues, or heard anything else.

Get your aps uploaded? Not sure what you mean here.

There are plenty of how-tos, right here in this forum.

    We're still developing.

    Ok thanks greenman.

I would describe what I would like to due and hope to get feedback if its possible.

My house is controlled by IHC (intelligent house computer) but I think the software sucks.

So my plan is to control:

Light 20 in/output (wall touch buttons)

flour heating 6 sensors and 6 valves

Outdoor light using sensors and time like on at 23.00 off at 24.00

    Voltage is 24V

Also is it possible to make marks(bit) like a set and reset and use them in the program.

For a living I work with PLC Siemens/Allen Bradley but I due not program C#

Is there a chance I will get this to work using Fusion Brain

    Thanks a lot

Fusion Brain + PC = PLC; The brain is useless by itself, you don't "load" anything to it, you just communicate with it.
MDX software ~= RSLogix5000 (last PLC software I used, many moons ago), similar to ladder logic programming, but more graphical.

You don't need to program in C to use MDX, it's graphical programming "language". Ever use LabView? That's the closest comparison I can think of.
There's also a Visual Basic program floating around that's very easy to communicate with the brain, but harder on the GUI side (at least for a touchscreen - it's very easy for mouse-click buttons & label info). if you're using buttons/switches, it might be easier to use Visual Basic (even with the learning curve). If I can use VB, anybody can.
MDX will interface with a touchscreen easily, I would suggest reading up on that & downloading it to try (you can use the virtual brain to see how things work)

You can do what you are talking about. Multiple brains & a ton of wiring in your case, but it's possible. This doesn't sound like a small project, but it's one I'd follow.

My worry for using the fusion brain for HVAC & mission-critical household functions (AC=critical ) is that it doesn't have the reliability and stability testing that a lot of purpose-designed commercial solutions have. There's a reason Crestron costs so much. Then there's windows + custom software to worry about.

You're trading purpose built hardware+software, and the expertise & testing that goes into that for flexibility and customization. You're the installer, programmer and maintenance - how's your warranty policy? http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/imag.../ballchain.gif

We have just been alerted about a HomeSeer plugin someone made for the FB. Homeseer sotware is meant for Home Automation.

As for the website, it was down for about 5 minutes yesterday for a server restart but other than that I am not sure.
