techinfo.toyota.com has full wiring schematics and junction pinouts for every Toyota that i have tried. It costs money, but you can buy a day pass cheaply. Then just screenshot everything and save it forever. :)

There are actually three files I found and the only one that has fuel is as attached below.

Geez - that is so strange!!

Usually those Mitchell references also have an "Instrument Panel" or similar section that shows the dash gauges, lamps, sensors, etc.
It is usually one of the last sections after their "Computer Engine Control" section(s) that you posted & linked.

As I said, the diagram above and your "Computer Engine Control" link is totally useless for what you want (ie; fuel level).
