Geez - that is so strange!!
Usually those Mitchell references also have an "Instrument Panel" or similar section that shows the dash gauges, lamps, sensors, etc.
It is usually one of the last sections after their "Computer Engine Control" section(s) that you posted & linked.
As I said, the diagram above and your "Computer Engine Control" link is totally useless for what you want (ie; fuel level).
