Is there no API or calls that would facilitate *MY* code's access to the Fusion Brain 6 board?

I'll have a look at 'F!0', what it produces, and what changes that makes to any configuration files. Maybe I can reverse engineer the API or calls that would help me from that. I might have missed some postings but, didn't know about 'F!0'.
    Thanks!

Depends on what you want your code to be. Any compilable C# code can be called from FuseGL now with hooks into the I/O ports as graphics.

    F10 is the configuration menu.

For the DC Jack to work, the input voltage should be something around 5.3v or more. Anything below that and there is no guarantee it wont pull from the USB port. You can power it with anything above 3.6v though with no USB port. But as soon as you plug in USB (~4.6v to 5.1v) it will use that.
I may be the only one but I leave my carPC in sleep mode and for some ungodly reason, my mobo powers all USB +5V rails and from what I understand I can't change it. So I actually liked the jumper as it cut off power to the FB when ignition was off. I may make an adapter USB plug that the 5v is tied to a relay that turns it off when ignition is off.

You can desolder a part and it wont power the micro from the power jack. I can show you which one if you want.

Also, all USB ports should be able to cut power when in sleep mode. If your mobo does not, then it is not compliant with USB spec.

It's a Zotac and I contacted tech support and they said it's hardwired like that. I might complain and try to get a new one or something. I thought about unsoldering the 5v from the USB jack. I may do that if the mobo thing doesn't work out.

Update available. It is pushed to my update server, I will zip it up and upload for standalone download later. Now would be a good time to check if the automatic updating works. Just open FuseGL now and see if it detects the update and downloads/installs it. I tried to make it as painless as possible, and no need for standalone system tray programs like before.

If anyone tries it, let me know how it works out for you.

It seems like it worked. Your system took a while to release the exe after it was force closed (hence the FAIL) but it retried 1 second later, and everything seems OK.

Easiest way to tell is to check the version number of the exe. It should be 1.0.0.159 now. I usually just hover over the file and version info is one of the fields that pops up.

I actually already found a slight bug introduced in this version. If you don't have any variables defined, and you go to add a label that displays a variable, it happily pops up an empty menu with nothing to do or click. By pressing F10 again, you exit configuration mode and should not lose anything done in that configuration session. But it is not immediately obvious what is going on. My debug config file has variables in it, so I didn't see it until I tried it on a virgin virtual machine...

Also, did it leave any file droppings after the update? Your directory should look as it did before the update (a few seconds after the exe is restarted which happens automatically).
