but that only if I use power supply and it did not happen when I use USB only

the power supply output: DC 12v 300mA max && I use FuseGL and hyperterminal and it same .

how I can solve this ?
Are you powering relays too? In any case 300mA is pretty low.

yes 12v relay but its same with/without it, but I will try again with new power supply .
so What is the maximum mA ? i.e 1000mA and can I power the FB6 directly from car battery ?

    thank you Nick

There is no maximum current. It will only draw what it needs. But if you have too little, then the voltage will drop and it will freeze. Yes you can power it directly from the battery.

Many improvements have been made to FuseGL over the past couple months. Most noticeably all the sensors are now in the program so you can add Temp/Photo/Ultrasonic/Accelerometer/Whatever all just by using the menus. This is a big improvement. Many other things have been added too.

    Update 24-01-2012:
Added the ability to "redraw" User Objects (change size + location) via the Configurator instead of just moving around attached to current size
Added the ability to delete User Objects via the Configurator

Sounds encouraging; I'll have to give it a try.

Any news on a non-OpenGL version?

A related question is: will your sw engine service the Fusion Brain to effect control and outputs even on machines that don't have OpenGL?

    Looking at the 1/24/2012 version.

The Logic folder and related .cs files are gone. Am I correct?

How can I access FuseGL output other than your GUI?

I noticed pretty high cpu usage. I assume that's the result of a lot of polling. Is the timing configurable?

Not sure what you mean. Are you expecting them to go away? The Logic folder is the default place it spits out logic files.

FuseGL is the GUI. Do you mean access the FB without using FuseGL?

How high is high? I get about 0% to 7% CPU usage depending on what you are doing. Generally it is in the 0% to 1% range. The most CPU intensive things are reading data from the device, updating the graphics, and reflective logic statements. The timing is hard set. There was too much confusion in MDX about this.

Apologize for the typo! Remove the word "not". There is no Logic Folder with related .cs files except for a sub-directory of the previous installation.
When and why does "it spits out logic files"

It seems to me that FuseGL has three functions one being the configuration related to sensors and screen displays, one being the driving and accessing of FB data, and one being the output to actual display of the data. How can I access the data that is FuseGL's output/display?

I am currently looking at Task Manager report 69%-80% cpu usage and Mem Usage of 158,500K while processing Temp F from FB with the temp sensor on pins 1. This is consistent with past versions.

If you run the exe, it will auto-regenerate (a.k.a "spit out") all files it needs. The only thing you need is the *.exe. So if you put the *.exe in a blank folder, then run it, you will have extra files.

You access the data by either using the built in configuration (still a work in progress) or by making a *.cs file that is then called by your configuration file to do whatever C# says you can do (which is pretty much anything). The *.cs method while more difficult to implement offers complete flexibility and is fully functional.

What hardware are you running on? What's your graphics card? That is ungodly high, I only saw that when I tried on an old P3...
