The 9200SE is an ancient budget card that doesn't even support OpenGL 2.0. It was obsoleted in 2004, and had an even lower memory bus width of only 64bits. In other words it was an extremely cheap card that was DirectX 8 Compliant and OpenGL 1.3 compliant without enough memory to do much.

Regardless of this card that was purchased to comply with Windows Vista, what is FuseGL doing that requires so much cpu? Are you using graphics to generate the numerical text? Is there a solution other than the purchase of a new graphics card?
