Good News/Bad News. Bad news is i cant for the life of me connect to the com port on my dev PC. Good news is it works on my home PC. Any idea how i can completely remove the drivers used and start over. If not i'm coding in the dark!

I'm having issues with trying to get Fusion Brian to be displayed as a Com port.... I have done the steps to reset FB but one light will continue to blink back and forth, FB will then be displayed under HID in the device manger. The bootloader will work and I can flash a new hex file but I cant connect to the FB through a hyperterminal program since it still wont show up as in the com ports on my computer. I'm on windows 7 btw. Some guidance...
After you program it, you need to power reset it. Meaning unplug it from all power!
If it is showing up as a HID device, you aren't doing that.

I should have been more clear, I am unpluging FB from the USB drive after the writing of the hex file. When I plug it back in after wait 30seconds it will show up in its on expandable section in the device manger with the title of unkown device. Then inside the unknown device section it has two FB titles that i cant remember right this second.
So in other words I have done what you have suggested but it didnt work.
Unknown device is not a HID device. This is different then your last statement. And actually it means that it is doing exactly as it should. The FB is recognized as 2 devices (as it should be). Now you actually have to tell your computer what those devices are, meaning you need to install the drivers for each one. Download the drivers, and install them. The Fusion Brain is no different then any other device in that you need drivers for it. The difference is that Microsoft doesn't bundle these drivers within Windows.
