I have had a Fusion Brain V4 for many years. One of the thermometers have gone defective. MP3Car wants 86 dollars just for shipping to Canada. I would buy 4 as backups for future.

Just about any thermocouple should work, provided you can get the calibration data for it (or don't mind test, record & calculate...). one rated for 0-5V would probably be the easiest to adapt.
