Have you tried a good 'ol restart of your computer? Also make sure you have unzipped the driver file. When you download them they are compressed, and that wont work unless you unzip or unrar them.

Do you have another computer to try it on? Are you trying to install it through a hub? Is your computer USB 2.0 capable?

And if your battery doesn't have enough juice, then yes it could be the problem. Also USB is very picky. If it is a real cheap battery or a battery that is not putting out 9v and closer to 7v or so, then that could be the problem. The board needs a minimum of 7v to function properly. If you battery is going between 9v and 6.9, it wont work.

If you dont have a wall transformer for it, use the +12v line from your computer. (The yellow molex).

Also pp3 batteries have extremely low mah ratings so a pp3 brand new will last a very very short time period.

Hey, this problem is right up my alley, and I'm happy to help.

The first thing I need you to do is take a screenshot like this for me:

Like Nick said, we tested these all these before they went out - so it's most likely a configuration issue. We'll get it sorted out either way.

I have fixed the issues regarding the Analog Inputs. All orders placed after July 1st will ship with this updated firmware.

Email us if you would like to exchange PICs (the little processor on the board that contains the firmware).

    Thanks!

I'm looking for a solution to control a single relay by the press of a steering wheel button and I'm wondering if Fusion Brain will work for me. This is how my setup is configured:

Steering wheel buttons hooked up to PAC-SWIX (converts button presses into infrared light).
Igor USB infrared hardware then reads the infrared light and Girder 3.29 determines which button was pressed and sends the appropriate keyword commands to Road Runner (next song, previous song, mute, etc).

This setup works beautifully and if an example Girder config file could be made to talk to the Fusion Control Center software then I'll definately go this route. I'm no expert at Girder and unsure if this will even work.
