    FD = FreeDrive right?
    MM = MapMonkey right?

    I thought they were coded by 2 different people, but do basically the same thing (provide an enhanced interface to D3). Doesn't almost everyone use MapMonkey now (doesn't it have a ton more features)?What does FD have that MM doesn't?

    Also, why do you have to "support" any of them? I thought this was just a tray-utility... it should support WindowsXP and not need to support individual apps yes/no? I'm confused.

    Yep.

    Yeh, but MM came out first. I've got the same question as you, what is the difference

    Supporting them would mean to change the day to night mode as the gamma changes.

    Gotcha. Doesn't MM/FD auto-change to night mode like iG does already? Also, doesn't the day mode map get darker when you reduce the gamma? If you change to night mode and reduce the gamma, wouldn't it be too dark?

    One pretty obvious request, would be to get the position from GPS, dynamically, to determine the Longitud/Latitude values, instead of hardcoding them (I say this would be a nice option... so you have both options to choose from).

    This way, if you're on a very very long trip, it will adjust accordingly. Well, how often does that occur? Not too often... scratch that idea, and put it at the end of priority list!

    Nope, but that's why I made this program, so I can add code for RR and MM and FD later

    Why don't you just make it run an Auto-It script whenever it changes the gamma?

    You mean, enable this utility to run a script whenever the gamma is changed?

    Sounds powerful... just not sure what can be done with this. Thinking... posibilities.... hrmmm....
