    Hey ol33l:

Just wondering, since there was no help file (hint hint!), what is the following:

    -Use Sun Time
    -Restore All
-What is 'Normal'? I understand Day and Night... but not normal... is it the 'original' setting? When would normal be automatically 'applied' by this tool? Never?
-How often does this tool check for time etc to adjust gamma? Looks like it is checking very frequently.
-And finally, I assume the tool calculates the sunset/sunrise, and triggers the gamma accrodingly?

Well, it's almost 10 PM, and this thing did not kick in.

Sunset in my area is currently reported as 8:56 PM. I'm so disappointed!!!!! Help 0l33l !!

I can see it running in the taskbar... it just does nothing.

Well, does not seem to work for me at all...

If I test the night mode, it dims properly. But I leave it running and it does not switch by itself, despite the fact that it is 10 PM and well past sunset. Completely dark out there.

Is this thing supposed to toggle the day/night modes based on calculated sunset/sunrise times, using the longitud latitude values? I assume that's what it should do... confirm?

Very nice, thanks for breaking out the RGB channels that makes this app really useful.

It would be really handy to have a time offset feature. For example, say I want the display to change 20 minutes before (or after) the sunset/rise time for the co-ordinates I've set.

Or even better have the gamma gradually change gamma/brightness/contrast over a user definable interval around the sunset/rise time.

Just some thoughts to make a good app better...

Agree with momanz. An ofset would be great. An additional intermediate value (dusk/dawn) would be even better, so instead of 2 steps, there are three.

I dont know about a gradual function... that might yield some odd results...

I have been thinking about this offset idea, cause its great that the gamma follows the change in set/raise time but it would be great if we could have an offset to get it to be closer to our own preferance, and still follow the times....

-SunTime is the component that automatically calculates the sunrise/set times. Without it, you will basically disable the automatic changes. You can test automatic changes by just moving your computer time foreward or backward.
-Normal is the third setting. Its for people who needed color correction.
-Restore all is if you **** up your colors. It will restore everything to normal.
-Normal is never applied automatically. Should it be?
-It checks the time once every second

That's pretty hard. How would you know when to start the changing? How much will it change by every time it changes. The questions go on and on.
