[Release] GammaControl v1.4

New in this version:

• Slightly different config program
• Ability not to use suntime, but set your own time
• WORKING FreeDrive and Road Runner support

one bug report. it appears that switching from day to night mode, gammacontrol sends roadrunner the dayskin command, but when gammacontrol goes from day to night mode, it does not tell roadrunner to change to nightskin.
