For those who are considering to order the package with the GPS receiver, here are two pictures:
After you installed your software to you UMPC, do you have to keep the DVD spinning for the maps or did it install completely to the hard drive so that you could remove the DVD?
..just making sure Garmin doesn't make you keep a DVD connected all the time!

I used S&T2006, then iG v3, and now iG v4. The activation in iGv4 is enough to make me want to use something else, and this seems like the next best candidate. And it is cheap!
As soon as there is some RR integration with an OSK, or if Garmin puts out an update with an OSK, I think I am going to buy it.My dad has the Nuvi ### something and it works pretty well, and looks just like the screenshots.

Will this software work with nuvi GPS? Or must use this receiver which is in packet?

They designed it for laptops and UMPC's, hence no OSK. You have to remember that most of these companies aren't thinking of us CarPC folks just yet.
I know that, but if we buy only software can we use it with nuvi GPS unit or GPSGATEThere are 2 packages... 1 with GPS receiver and 1 without...
going by the review above.. if you authorise the software you can use any gps receiver
Thanks. Now must one test it with Centrafuse(Embed it) and if work ok then I will buy it...
