Video question for VIA EDEN and Shuttle FV25

Ok I know that you can see post BIOS screens with the VIA Eden when using S-Video or Composite.

The question I have is can the Shuttle FV25 do the same, or is it only after Windows has booted?

I can't seem to find that info on Shuttles site...

    Thanks...

Are you having any particular problems with the vid out on the fv25? I have heard that some ppl aren't able to manipulate the size of the screen, etc ? this true?

I'm thinking of ditching my amptron all in one board and getting the shuttle, because i also want the onboard firewire and a fewo ther niceties

    Thanks.

So far I've only used the firewire for networking with XP. I can tell you that it sucks. The transfer speed is super fast but only works on small files. Anything bigger than 100MB will cut off the connection. The network stops responding. Both computers show that they're still connected, but nothing networking related works. To get the networking working again, the FV24 has to be reboot. Since Ive installed it into my car, I've been using USB wireless networking. Transfer rate is slow but at least it works.

anyway.. I was'nt that satisfied with the TV-out on the FV25 .. (im not sure of the Motherboard switch yet.. cuz i just installed a GF4MX440 Display adapter in my FV25/carputer thingy..
