    stupid ground noise!

    Ok, I have had my carputer working in my car for a good 2 months now with absolutly no problems. Everything was going great until two days ago I removed the computer so i could update my playlist. When I put it back in my car all of a sudden I have a massive amount of ground noise. I tried using a sound card insted of onboard and only helped a little. It is very odd as when the computer fist turns on there is none but it get steadily louder as the computer boots. Any ideas on what is going on. I am reformatting it right now because it needed it, I don't really know if that will fix it or not.

    128 megs of ram

    Do you think you may have loosened a cable somewhere?

    Perhaps when you re-connected the cables, they are closer to some sort of noise problem...

    Already checked that. I checked the cables going fromt he inverter to the battery and the ones running to my comp. Everythign is the same.
