    Jetway j7f2we1g5d-oc-pb standby problem

    Hi,

I bought a jetway m/b and when i am trying to send it on standby it instantly returns back.
Did anyone came accross this issue?
Is it something with the BIOS i tried several things.
I am powering it with an M2.

    anyone...?
    I will appreciate it!
Is it the M2 which gives a false ACPI command?

    ThankS!

I'm not really sure, if the Jetway board supports Standby.
Maybe just the S1 mode not the S3...

Is there a setting for standby (S1,S3,..) in the ACPI section of the bios??

The M2 or any other psu has no control over shut down mode.
It just pushes the power switch of the board, and the pc react as defined from the operating system and bios.

Flash your jetway's bios. Jetway JUST released a new bios (9.0) that fixes known ACPI issues (hopefully it solves yours).
