riva tnt2 with tvout black and white on first startup

hi there

i have a riva tnt2 16 mb card with tv out in my setup with a strange problem.
each and every time i boot my computer "fresh" (i mean when power is first applied after the plug has been out of the wall or in the car, the inverter has shut down) the image distorts and turns black and white after a few seconds.
i checked everything, PAL/ntsc settings, newest divers, a 75 ohm resistor to make sure it sees the lcd etc etc.

this is driving me loco !
doesnt seem to be an windows problems since the errors also accure in msdos mode.

anybody who can help me ?

I dont know how to fix your problem but if you power up your system and then Ctrl-Alt-Del it during BIOS it should come back in color.

We have a computer here at work that is on a switchbox with a few other computers and I have to do that every time ai power it up.
