Need help building a touchscreen controller for car

Hello everyone, I am new here and new to this co here goes. I am wanting to build a touchscreen controller to connect to 12 volt relays that will controll actuators , fans, air ride switches and lighting, for a custom install. I really don't know where to start, other then I have all of the 12 volt relays and solenoids on the air ride , 12 vlt actuators and led lighting, just don't know the rest. I know I will need a touchscreen (lilliput) then what else to send the signal to the relays ? THanks in advance.

I am sure you realize that between the touchscreen and the fusion board is a PC?

Touchscreen < PC <> fusion board > relays
