^ I agree. But still, faster loading/hibernation/response times are always good. And either way, saying that the atom will "beat all other boards" is plain wrong.

I have tried to do some research on the audio chip, but since it's so new there's not much info out there on it.

The spec sheet for that chip says 10 channel audio, but all specs say 8.

    Not sure which to believe.

I bought it SPECIFICALLY because the word is that that chip is Intel's way of saying we believe computer audio can be great, this is our attempt at it...

but who knows. I just need it to do bit-perfect at a minumum...hopefully it will.

How is your DG 45 FC? Boot times are really longer than AMD boards?

I'm thinking of getting a Jetway like this one:

    http://www.itxdepot.com/xcart/produc...t=44019&page=1

    Or this one:

    http://www.itxdepot.com/xcart/produc...t=44019&page=1

I'd like to have HDCP ready, just to be on the safe side. Does the DG45FC have HDCP?

I'm really lost with the mini-itx options. I have already an Athlon X2 65w processor, so it would be nice to use it. It would only make sense to buy an intel for a mobile processor, otherwise, I'd stick with the Athlon desktop.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Woops. Sorry about that.

It looks like a re-branded Commell. Global American does that a lot with the smaller boards.

I have dealt with them before and they have pretty good customer service. But I estimate this board at around $300 USD.

Still, that is one nice board. 10 USB ports, onboard video, 7.1 onboard audio, I bet it would kick butt. It's like the Kino on serious steroids. Bet you would have ZERO configuration or USB errors with that one.
    My opinion is my own.
