    morthercard Mini-ITX Board wishes?

    My carpc wishes
    Is there any morthercard that have this?
    LAN , minimum 6 USB2.0 , Audio , SPDIF , IEEE 1394, built-in Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, Minimum 2,53GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 4 Gb ram, PCI-Express 16x slot.

    Possible to put one pci card into the motherboard.

    Any? Name or link?
