I've also been looking at mini ITX boards for a couple of days now.. wish I'd found this list earlier, but here's a couple of others I think you'd be interested in. the good points and bad points are probably a bit interchangable depending on what you want it for.
QUAD CORE (LGA775)
Good points =Quad core, up to 4G ram, PCI-E x16 slot, ALC888 7.1 Channel HD Audio, four sata 2 points
Bad points = only one expansion slot, Ram only works in single channel mode (I think)
Good points= Quad core, up to 4G Ram, ALC888 with spdif, six SATA-300 ports raid capable
Bad points= Only has PCI slot and mini pci slot, Ram only works in single channel mode (I think)
CORE 2 duo (mobile sockets)
SBC86840 ( http://www.axiomtek.com/Products/Vie...asp?view=528#1 )
Good points= PCi-e x16 and Pci-e4 slots, pci-e mini card, (apparently the Pcie-4 slot can be turned into three pcie-1 slots through some kind or riser… though I haven’t been able to find the product to do that)
Bad points= the socket P processors are a tad expensive, not sure what the quality of the audio would be as it only says AC97 compliant.
Fuzzy GM965 (MS-9803) MSI GM965 ( http://www.orbitmicro.com/global/fuz...id-p-4187.html ) (this site at least shows the board)
Good points = 1x PCI-E 16x, 1x PCI Slot, 1x Mini PCI-E, Realtek ALC888 7.1 Channels HD Audio Codec (with spdif outm), supports dual channel ram up to 4 gb
Bad points= Only 2 sata slots (but has ata-100 connector), socket p chips expensive
There are also some a fair few dual core lga775 and dual core mobile mini itx cards on the global American inc website but I think they are fairly similar feature wise to the quad core ones above anyway.
